1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services through ViaVibe Travels for Umrah packages, Hajj packages, international tours, corporate tours, visa and passport processing, air tickets, and hotel bookings, travellers agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, including the Bangladesh Travel Agency (Registration and Control) Act, 2013 and its rules.

Company Registration & Legal Compliance

  • The agency is fully registered under Bangladeshi law and operates according to the Bangladesh Travel Agency (Registration and Control) Act, 2013.
  • All activities and services provided conform to local and international legal and ethical standards.
  • Our office is signposted and our registration certificate is prominently displayed at our official premises.

2. Services Offered

ViaVibe Travels provides the following services:

  • Umrah Packages
  • Hajj Packages & Hajj Booking
  • International Tour Packages
  • Corporate Tours
  • Visa & Passport Processing Assistance
  • Air Ticketing
  • Hotel Booking

All services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a 100% advance payment.
  • Bookings become effective only upon receipt of written confirmation and full or partial payment as stipulated.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Nagad), or other approved methods.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received and acknowledged by our team.
  • The customer must provide accurate information and all required documents; failure may result in denial of service.
  • The itinerary, trip details, and rates are only confirmed after final payment and submission of all necessary documents.
  • Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
  • All prices are subject to change in response to fluctuations in exchange rates, government taxes/duties, or other regulatory shifts.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Air Ticketing: Refunds or cancellations are subject to the respective airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies. We will assist in processing requests, but the final decision rests with the airline.
  • Hajj & Umrah Packages: Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to ViaVibe Travels’ internal policy. Any non-refundable deposits or paid service fees (e.g., visa fees, booking charges) will be deducted.
  • Hotel Bookings: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the hotel’s or service provider’s cancellation and refund policies. We will assist in communicating your request, but we cannot guarantee approval.
  • Visa Fees: Visa processing fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or processing delays.
  • Administrative service fees may apply to any refund.

5. Visa & Passport Processing

  • ViaVibe Travels acts as a facilitator only for visa and passport-related services.
  • We do not guarantee the issuance of visas by any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
  • All applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents.
  • No refunds will be issued for rejected or delayed visa applications.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that all personal information, including names, passport details, travel documents, and contact information, is accurate and matches official records.
  • ViaVibe Travels is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to check and comply with visa requirements, health regulations, and travel advisories related to their destination.

7. Changes in Price & Availability

  • All service prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations, airline tax updates, fuel surcharges, or changes by third-party suppliers.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time before booking confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

ViaVibe Travels will not be held liable for:

 

  • Denied boarding or visa rejections by embassies, airlines, or immigration authorities.
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by airlines, weather, political conditions, or other events beyond our control.
  • Loss or damage to luggage, personal belongings, or travel documents.
  • Illness, injury, or accidents during travel.

Clients are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance before departure.

9. Force Majeure

ViaVibe Travels shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, or pandemics.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are the property of ViaVibe Travels and may not be reproduced, copied, or reused without prior written permission.

By accessing and using the ViaVibe Travels website (www.viavibetravels.com), you agree to comply with the following conditions:

10.1 Permitted Use

  • The website is intended for personal and non-commercial use to:
    • View our travel packages and services
    • Submit booking enquiries

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

12. Agreement to Terms

By booking with ViaVibe Travels, whether in person, via phone, email, or online, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

13. Updates & Acceptance

  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time to reflect legal or operational requirements.
  • Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these and any updated terms; clients should review the terms page before booking or confirming services.
